Refund Policy
At Sana Events, we recognize that event planning for our esteemed NRI clients requires a seamless, professional approach. With this in mind, we have developed a clear and comprehensive refund policy that ensures fairness and transparency while maintaining the highest level of service.
Cancellation by Client
- More than 30 Days Prior to the Event: A full refund will be issued, less any non-refundable deposits or third-party costs (including but not limited to venue booking fees, vendor payments, or specialized services already arranged).
- Between 15 to 30 Days Prior to the Event: A 50% refund will be issued, reflecting the costs already incurred by Sana Events in preparation for the event.
- Less than 15 Days Prior to the Event: Regrettably, no refund will be issued due to the close proximity to the event date. However, we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability and mutually agreed-upon terms.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation, and payments will be credited to the original payment method used for booking the event. For NRI clients, we will ensure that all refunds comply with applicable banking regulations and currency exchange processes, providing a smooth and timely transaction.
